Energy & Utilities
Asset, field, and customer data unified into one operational picture for utilities, energy operators, and clean-energy developers.
What we do here
Energy and utility operators run on asset, field, and customer data that lives across GIS, work management, SCADA historians, CIS, and finance. We help utilities, energy producers, and clean-energy developers connect those systems and turn them into an operational picture leaders and field teams can actually use.
Engagements typically start with a single question - one dashboard, one workflow, one integration - and expand into a durable data and automation layer around asset performance, outage and reliability reporting, field workflows, or customer operations.
We work alongside operations, IT, and regulatory teams rather than around them, and respect the safety, reliability, and compliance boundaries the business runs on. Configurations and data models are documented and handed to the internal team.
The result is fewer manual handoffs between field and office, reliability and asset metrics produced from live systems, and regulatory and executive reporting that doesn't require a person to assemble each cycle.
Where we focus
The problems that come up the most.
- 01
Asset, GIS, and work management data that don't share a common model
- 02
Field and office handoffs living in paper, email, and spreadsheets
- 03
Outage, reliability, and SAIDI/SAIFI reporting stitched together by hand
- 04
Customer operations spread across CIS, billing, and service systems
- 05
Regulatory and compliance reporting that consumes analyst time
- 06
Clean-energy project data scattered across development, EPC, and O&M tools
- 07
Executive metrics on assets, outages, and load that lag actual operations
Typical engagements
Shapes of work we take on.
Asset and reliability reporting
Stand up outage, reliability, and asset performance reporting driven from source systems, not spreadsheets.
Field to office workflow automation
Tighten work order, inspection, and closeout handoffs between field crews and back-office systems.
Customer operations integration
Connect CIS, billing, and service systems into one customer and account view.
Clean-energy project data layer
Unify development, construction, and O&M data across a portfolio of renewable and storage projects.
Systems we work in
Capabilities we bring
- Data & Analytics
- Systems Integration
- Workflow Automation
- Technology Transformation
Signals of good work
- One operational picture across assets, field, and customer
- Reliability and regulatory reporting produced from live systems
- Field and office capacity returned to higher-value work
- A documented data model the internal team owns and extends
Questions we hear
What leaders ask before we start.
- 01
Do you work with regulated utilities, independent operators, or both?
Both. The underlying job - connect the systems, clean the data, produce reporting from live sources - is the same shape whether the driver is a regulator, a board, or an owner.
- 02
Do you touch operational technology or control systems?
We stay out of real-time control and OT decisioning. We integrate with OT systems as data sources only, working through your existing OT/IT boundary and security model.
- 03
Can you support a single-site or single-asset pilot first?
Yes. We usually recommend proving the workflow or reporting layer at one site, region, or asset class before templating and scaling it.
