Why it matters
Most tribal organizations do not have dedicated grants staff, and the ones that do are stretched thin. A guided view of the landscape lets a program director or council member get oriented in minutes rather than weeks.
The tool is intentionally generous on partial matches. It surfaces grants worth verifying rather than silently dropping them, and every match shows the reasoning so leadership can make its own call.
